Matt founded C22Tech in 2003 to help small businesses leverage technology to compete against larger competitors across many different industries. After beginning his career in web development at startups in the recruiting industry and customer loyalty programs, he expanded into custom project management software including intranets, extranets, unit testing platforms, and shopping platforms. 

 

In 2006 he expanded C22Tech to focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity offerings for small businesses as a Managed Service Provider with clients in many industries including private equity, pharmaceuticals, marketing, construction, manufacturing, and banking. In 2016 Matt added a business coaching practice focusing on helping small business owners manage their existing client relationships, grow through healthy client acquisition, and balance the needs of their business with their personal goals.

Andrew is a 2018 University of Michigan computer science graduate. He has been developing software over the past nine years and has always had a passion
for avionics.


Andrew is responsible for leading the Ascend mission, software, and technology development.

Zach is a 2018 University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign engineering physics graduate. His passion for engineering started in 2008 and has since led him down the machine learning path.
